Elisabeth Mayr - Freelance Product Designer London

Hi there,

Looking for a jack of all trades and master of one? Look no further! Alright, you're allowed to go check out my portfolio.

After working with brands like McDonald's and T-Mobile as a copywriter in Austria, I decided to study Advertising and Brand Management in the UK.

Now, I'm a freelance creative, offering UX Design, UX Consulting and Copywriting. I have experience working in an Agile environment, in teams (including remote teams) and on my own.

Content and Design have to go together. That's why I offer both.

The most important part in any creative solution is to put yourself into the user's shoes. Being a size 4, this is quite easy most of the time, but the less comfortable shoes are more fun.

Get in touch if you want to find out more about what I can do for you or if you want to grab a coffee to discuss everything design and its dog.

How You can benefit from my design process

How I tackle design challenges? This varies from project to project. I usually have a look at what's already in place and familiarise myself with the brand and the team. Then I'll find out what the core problem is you're trying to solve. To do that, I will ask a lot of questions.

From there, I will do user research where possible. What is the low hanging fruit that can be implemented now? What are the ideal scenarios? How can we make it happen within the deadline?

Once the core problem is confirmed, I'll design solutions while checking with your developers if those things can be implemented within your desired time frame - there is no point in me desining options that are not feasible for the existing code.

Along the whole process, I'll have check-ins with you to ensure things are on track.
